Heart Leadership Training Africa ("HLT Africa," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through hltafrica.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, company name, number of people-managers, your area of interest, and any message you write.

When you book a consultation, you're taken to Google Calendar's scheduling tool, which collects your name, email, and chosen time directly — governed by Google's own privacy policy, not this one.

Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs standard technical information common to all websites, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance purposes.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your enquiry and follow up about our programmes
  • To send the sample DISC report you requested
  • To improve this website and understand which pages are useful

We do not sell your information to anyone, for any reason.

Third-Party Services We Use

  • Netlify — hosts this website and processes contact form submissions
  • Google Calendar — powers our consultation booking page
  • Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this site; your browser makes a request to Google's servers to do this

We are not currently running advertising trackers or analytics on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of our business relationship, and delete them on request.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact laura@hltafrica.com to make a request.

Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking cookies. Loading Google Fonts and the Google Calendar booking page may involve standard technical requests to Google, governed by Google's own policies.

Children's Privacy

This site and our services are directed at businesses and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
